Quick Lane at Ken Garff Ford Cheyenne

While it took longer than I expected, I also showed up a bit early. However the updates and keeping me informed of the status as well as just the welcoming personalities of the two at the front made this a pleasant experience. Haven't had great service from other Ken Garffs so this was a nice surprise.

Extremely helpful! They got my oil changed quickly and they were also able to fix other things that were wrong with my truck! I am excited and Extremely grateful for there work and ability to fix the issues I have been having with the truck and haven't had the time to get it in. They were able to fix it all!

Typically an hour and half to 2 hours for an oil change. Service "advisors" are just cashiers. They don't go over anything at all. On my last visit a piece of trim was not put back on after service was completed. I'm assuming it's been thrown away since then, so there's another thing I have to pay for. Do not get your vehicle serviced here.

I got the new service program with the 3 oil changes and other services. My car was NOT washed (included in this program). It was closing time so I didn’t bother. Got into my car and there were mechanic stains all over the tan leather that I’m sure transferred to my jeans. There was also residue on the steering wheel and shifter. Please provide these guys wet wipes to use before entering someone’s car.

Dropped car off in the morning, picked it up in the afternoon, all work completed as promised, and each worker was friendly and kind despite having a crowd of people to please. Will definitely return!
