R & D Collision Center Inc

Over the last 4 years, I have brought at least 4 different vehicles into R & D. The vehicles all had different levels of damage and different levels of desire on my part to be repaired. R & D (Specifically Eric, he’s awesome) has always worked with me, worked with my insurance and got the job done well beyond my expectations. They are professional and personable and I will continue to bring my vehicles for all my repair needs.

Mixed feelings… Repair job was excellent and communication too. Except that I noticed a few weeks after that they tried to force the door (most likely they left the keyes inside) but instead of calling, they forced the door. This caused a few scratches to the door pillar (which they tried to touch up) and also a bit of paint spilled on that same side. I didn’t notice this at the beginning because I was focused looking at the repair side.

Excellent shop to deal with start to finish. Repair work was top notch! One day after my fender bender they were able to give me an estimate. I was given a detailed printout of what they would entail before I left. It took less that a half hour. When I dropped my car off they called the rental car company for my pick up as a courtesy just to confirm. Repairs were excellent and completed before expected. You absolutely cannot tell the vehicle was in an accident at all. They went above and beyond by giving the car a good wash and even shined the tires. In addition they included a bottle of touch up paint for future use...although I hope I don't need it. Overall this was very positive experience with a professional, high quality shop.

Wow very amazing job fixing my car post accident. I had left repair items in the vehicle, and half finished jobs on my car. When they returned my vehicle everything looked spotless and I can’t confirm but it appears they finished my tiny unfinished details. Eric is a rockstar truly talented and works with integrity 5/5

Provided a quote to rebuild the font of a vehicle damaged by a deer and not covered by USAA insurance. Very reasonable and fast. Answered many questions because we were not familiar with the rebuild process. Also helped understand if repairs were feasible. I recommend as first step if you have damage to car.
