The vehicle is beautiful, drives great, and feels like a solid fit for what we’ll need for our upcoming move to Hawai’i. One of the best parts of the experience was how much we were able to handle online and over the phone. That made things really convenient and kept the process moving. We also appreciated how flexible the team was when we realized (a little late in the game) that we needed to add another driver to the agreement. UPDATE!:they gave me back my car that I used as a trade but not the plates! Not they are having a hard time finding them and giving em the run around! REFUSING to answer my phone number to where I have to call on a texting app!! I call on my phone number and every time it gets sent to voicemail! But every time I call on a different number using the texting app they answer! These people are a literal joke!! of course I’m Colleen, instead of showing up because they tried to lie and say I was harassing them! But here it is, they still have my plate in my vehicle and it’s parked technically illegally and taking all the time they want on giving it to me! DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! And definitely avoid coming across Alma, Jess, and Bob. They are all trash and horrible individ

The dealer called us in after promising a base price and he would definitely do better than that price. We drove all the way till the delearship and quoted us 3000 below that base price. Absolute disregard to the customers time and effort. I would think twice before going here.

I had a very scary situation after getting my service done from this place. My family’s and main life was at stake. I would never recommend this place for car service to anyone. I need to talk to a general manager, but they kept saying he will call back to me and never getting a call back. I had been reaching out to them After the service me and my wife was returning back to our home, and I was just 0.6 miles away from the service center and my brakes failed completely, I was unable to apply break, and got so scared, and clueless, how do I stop my car and in that panic I end up applying 'hand break' to stop my car at the curb. Avoid buying cars from this dealership. I was the first to call and inquired the LC 500 and 100% ready to buy. It was late when I called so the sale guy name George said that he would call me back the next day when he came in the office. Instead we supposed to get the deal signed, he or other at the dealer sold the car to another person when I was the first to inquired and was ready to buy. Never look to buy from this dealership again; be careful when dealing with these people. RUN!!!
