Ranco Transmission

I recently had an issue with the transmission on my 2016 Ford F150. They fixed it right up for me and very reasonable. I have another vehicle that I’ll be taking back to them really soon for some minor repairs!

I recently had a major transmission problem with my 2014 Silverado. It was treating drive like it was neutral and would not go into gear. I originally took it to the dealership right by where I broke down, and let’s just say they tried to get every dime they could from me. Trying to charge me for extra tests and extra diagnostics and that’s when I decided to move it before they could. A guy at work told me about Russ at Ranco and that’s when I took it over there. Russ was extremely responsive, very helpful and got a completely new transmission put in my truck in only 3 days. The truck is driving great so far and it came with an original GM 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty. I highly highly recommend Ranco.

I took my truck to Ranco on March 17th after my shop told me I had a small transmission leak. They told me it would be the a week or two before they could get to it and I said that's fine. They called me two in a half weeks later to pick it up and I did. When I got in my truck, the wrench service light was on and it wasn't on before I took it to them. Also, on my way home, my transmission wasn't shifting out. Nothing was wrong with my truck when I dropped it off. The manager asked me what was my truck doing that made me bring it to them and I said nothing. I only knew it was a transmission leak because my shop told me. I drove back to Ranco the next day (April 4th) and told them what my truck was doing and I left it with them. I didn't get my truck back until May 12th. During that 5+ weeks
