I used to get my car serviced at Jeff Johnson but I wasn’t happy with how I was treated there so I decided to give Randy Marion a shot since it’s about the same drive time for me from Independence. I couldn’t be more impressed. I took my blazer into for an oil change and to look into a cracking sound I heard in the front end. It ended up being my ball joints which were replaced. Larry accidentally read that my car was ready on Wednesday when it wasn’t. It was completed the following day and he gave me a discount for the miscommunication. No excuses, no run-around. He went out of his way to make it right. He also noticed I have a slight tear in the boot for my CV joint that was still under warranty so he went ahead and replaced it, no questions asked.
