Horrible car dealer ! He has relocated to Thomson I would never buy from him again ! I’ve had my car serviced every month since I got it in November ! The only good thing about him was he got it fixed the first time because it was only 3 days in ! I should’ve returned this car then but kept it because I needed a way to work ! The engine light constantly comes on and won’t move ! I’m ready to return this car and go to court for lemon laws this is a unbearable nightmare

I have purchased a total of 4 cars from Damien so far. We have been doing business with him for 4 years. I find that he is upfront and trust worthy. He is easy to work with. We even had one vehicle for our teenage daughter that we purchased, once we got it home it did have some mechanical issues, we called Damien and he immediately took the car back and let her pick any other car on the lot. Looking forward to continued business in the future.

I wish there was an option for less than ONE STAR. I purchased a Honda Odyssey from Damien Rangel. At the time the location of the dealership was in Asheboro, NC called Asheboro Autos. After the company closed and moved I was not able to make my payments in person. Each month Damien sends me a new BB&T account number to deposit my van payment in. For that reason, I have asked him to send me a payment history each month so that I have documentation of the payments made. He refused to do so each time, until I spoke with an attorney who advised me of what he can legally do and not do. Up until this point he has treated me terrible. He threatens to raise my van payments (which is illegal, I did not consent to this in our orginal contract) he also threatens to repossess the car when I refuse to

My husband and I purchased a truck from here about 2 months ago. The truck was in great condition and we have absolutely no complaints about that. However, the owner Damien Rangel, although a very nice man, could not even perform the simple task of a check endorsement. Not only did he endorse the check from the loan company incorrectly, but once he was provided with a copy of the check he proceeded to endorse it incorrectly AGAIN. Getting a hold of the owner was like pulling teeth as he would not return calls/text messages in a timely manner. All of this caused us to fall very behind in registering the vehicle and getting our plates. Damian worked with me on price for the commercial vehicle that I wanted and he did it in A timely manner. They were very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend him and his wife.
