Summary: Excellent service, communication++, reasonable pricing After purchasing a Ford vehicle with certified used status from another dealer, a problem with the transmission became evident during cold operation during colder weather. Nick and his team at Ray Skillman quickly reproduced the symptoms, diagnosed the problem and rebuilt the transmission in house in record time under warranty service! The transmission shifts like new and operates about 10F cooler than before repairs. About a week later, I noticed another unrelated engine noise only when cold, Nick wanted to have a look to ensure their previous service did not cause any issues and determined the noise was normal for this vehicle/model (5.0 slight deceleration tick only when cold). “Excellent service” Joe Garza is an absolute professional. My 2014 Raptor was having problems stalling and would throw the wrench light from time to time. As always when you take your truck in it never does it for them. Joe and his team put several hundred miles on the truck to recreate the error. The Service manager Eric also had me come in and we drove together for over 40 minutes. I asked Joe why don’t you just replace some parts. He told me he didn’t want to just throw parts at it because he wanted to fix the problem correct the first time. The problem ended up being a PCM that needed replacement. The truck drives great now!! I have never been to a place where they really do care about cost and the customer. Thanks so much Joe!! You have a lifetime customer!!

I just wanted to make a public thank you, to 'Nick' in the Service Department, for being so helpful/informative and honest, regarding the repairs on my vehicle! This is the 3rd time I've had to have work done on my vehicle and I have always appreciated the honesty & fairness that has come with this service! I wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else! I had a horrible experience with RS (4x) and ended up taking them to court with a claim for negligent work and unfair and deceptive business practices. I highly recommend if you take your vehicle there for repairs and are unsatisfied with the repair or if they try to sell you a second repair, that you take your vehicle somewhere else for a second opinion. In court, service manager Eric Cayton admitted the following facts: 1. That they knew that it was highly likely that the initial repair they were making would affect another of my engine components. That they did not recommend that this component be replaced as well because they are not required by the manufacturer. 2. That after the initial repair they knew what was wrong with the engine component (cam phasers) but failed to disclose

Phenomenal service!! Curtis Price is an amazing service consultant. I left him a voice mail a little after 7am. He called back within an hour and we made arrangements to get my truck towed to the dealership. (It was leaking antifreeze profusely.) He called back within a few hours stating the problem and the fix. They repaired my vehicle and had it ready that afternoon. Same day service!! I wholeheartedly recommend them!!
