Scammed by Ray’s Truck Service – Beware! I want to warn everyone about Ray’s Truck Service. The bridge officer called them to tow my truck — I didn’t even call the company myself. The distance was less than half a mile, yet they charged me $1,000! That’s a complete scam. No one should be charged that much for such a short tow. This company clearly takes advantage of people who are in tough situations. I would never recommend them to anyone. Be very careful before doing business with Ray’s Truck Service — they are not honest or fair in their pricing.

Being a truck driver, I’ve had to deal with Ray’s roadside assistance twice recently, and also needed a tow on one of those two occasions. These people are professionals, they’re kind, calm, know what they’re doing and their vehicles are well-equipped. I totally recommend them!

Called Rays for a heavy truck tow, and I’m very happy with the service provided. Chris was very helpful and polite on the phone while arranging and scheduling the service. They got my truck towed home while I was at work. When I got home and saw my truck had been placed nicely in my driveway it was a huge relief. The cost was extremely fair. Knowing this type of reliable service is available close to home is peace of mind. Thanks you Rays.

Thank you Rays Truck Service for saving our trip! Halfway out on the first dsy of a 4 week trip, our steering wheel was doing the shimmy. We had a tire rotation done on the van a week earlier but had not had the tires balanced. We definitely had an issue with a tire, and they were able to get us in the next afternoon. They were professional and persistent to get the tires situated for us to continue our trip. So thankful for helpful people.
