Regal Car Wash - Wilmington

I will not be returning to this car wash. I was charged $20 twice the day I used this self-serve location, and I didn’t even complete a full wash before the time cut off — twice. I had to start a second cycle because the first ended prematurely, and that one also stopped abruptly. Their website advertises self-service starting at $4, but there’s no clear breakdown of additional fees per function. Being charged $40 total is excessive not including vacuum, especially when the customer behind me paid cash and was charged significantly less for more time. Based on this experience, it appears card users may be charged substantially more. I recommend using caution and considering other local car washes, including the ones on Greenhill Road or newer full-service locations, which cost less and eve

There was an incident with the machine overcharging my card. I was very upset but after speaking with a gentlemen named Jared, he was able to resolve this very kindly & quickly. I really appreciate the time being taken to reach out directly to me, to be sure the matter was handled appropriately. I will continue to use this carwash :)

First time using one of these types of places. The trigger on the spray nozzle didn't work, the nozzle just stayed on the entire time. Website says starting at $4 for 4 minutes. My timer went to 7:30 and there's a $10 charge pending on my card. Prices aren't listed anywhere (see pics). Why so secretive about the prices? Update: owner has replied. But you can very obviously see from my photos that there are no prices listed on the LED screen.

Me and my boy took our cars here the other night. Used nothing but the pressure washer none of the soap or anything and spent almost $50 between the both of us for not even 9 minutes of water? This place is a joke Edited to reply to owner. I went 1 week ago today, 7pm on 12/11/25. Showed $4 for first 48 hours then skyrocketed to what it did after it cleared…

I have used different washes with the same principle elsewhere, pay by the minute when using a card. I used least at 10 minutes at those places and charged about $8.00. This place was $15.25 for 7-8 minutes at this place. Had I known the billing for cards was seemingly higher or different from using quarters, I'd have used quarters or an automated drive thru wash elsewhere and not done the work myself. Suspect at best. First and last visit.
