I am recently financing a 2014 Chevy Traverse from them. First off, they were patient with me , when I went to them I was a first time driver and they took there time with me during the whole process. I was allowed to drive the vehicle around to see if there was any problems with the vehicle. However driving it for 15 mins does not help you determine if anything is wrong with the vehicle. After driving it around, I took it to a mechanic up the road they looked in side the vehicle and saw that something was wrong with the coolant. I took the car back to the shop told the guy what they said and he fixed it immediately. After my paperwork was processed and everything went through I noticed the engine light had come on. Two days later the serpentine belt came off from the car over heating. They replaced the belt but didn’t address the issue of why it was over heating.
