Rent-A-Wreck

This was the most horrible of experiences! I arrived at the rental agency only have to fill the paperwork out all over after I waited an hour for somebody to show up on the monitor I got there at 7:00 and did not get out of there until after 10:00 a.m. they bullied me into buying more insurance. Between these people and Expedia I spent an exorbitant rate on my car rental that I thought I was getting a deal on. Don't do it it's a total scam! Horrible service!

I'm gonna put 3 stars for the moment until I can get an answer if y'all would be willing to sell me the beautiful old mustang that's been slowly rotting in the back of your property for a few years now

Great customer service and very reasonably priced. Most of the cars were brand new, better then some I've rented from other major rental companies. The employee do their best to satisfy everyone. The other reviews I've noticed with negatives are hard to imagine given something are just not in the employees control. They try to fix every situation and accommodate as best possible. Don't complain hoping they may give you a discount and get upset when they don't and then write a review discrediting them. They are a honest company working hard to helpe everyone. They also rent to those who can't rent from anyone eles due to requirements, they do their best to help.

We rented a 15 passenger van; though the vehicle had some minor problems, like rocking seats and a cracked window, it served well for the time we drove it. The staff was friendly and helpful in every respect, but the time it took to pick up the van and sign everything was over an hour. Still, we are happy to recommend this company.

Excellent service! Rented from them near the airport a while back so called them and many others this time and this place was by far the best deal for me. Maybe they should change their name because these cars are not wrecks. The car i got wasn't new but was an average used car. Would highly recommend this place and do make a reservation as they either have a small fleet or just sell out quick.
