REV RV Service & Repair - Indiana

Fantastic service facility. The process is streamlined and the workers are excellent. It's my first experience this facility and after 3 days there I'm very satisfied. I was already made an appointment for next year to have them do my service work. I highly recommend it will return.

Great 1st experience at REV RV in Decatur Indiana. Fixed in the days we were originally advised by Dan. Earl, our service tech, was amazing. Kept us updated each day what got done and what needed done yet. He also was great about answering any other questions we had on different aspects of the rig. Price was very reasonable for all the work they did. We are full time so was great we could stay right there. Had power in the parking areas and water and dump on other side of building. All free! Also free laundry. They are also going to be adding a dog park. We will definitely be back next year.

Here or REV in Coburg, OR are the ONLY places to take your Holiday Rambler RV. They know what they’re doing and have the part.

Not what some YouTubers posted on their videos. Not a full hookup as said, if you have to stay when your coach is being repaired only electricity. Sewer and water are located behind the building in an unpaved area, so expect your feet to get dirty, specially in a raining winter day. Some of the repair was not done as factory standards, some has to be finalized by me after parts were sent to my home after we left since they didn’t have them in stock. The factory is not there, contrary to my expectations, this is a service department that has a parts department located a few miles away. Only difference with any dealership service is that don’t have to wait for the warranty repairs to be approved. The service advisor, only one, has an unfriendly attitude, and actually was layoff last week. Go

Our 4th time at REV, this time was just annual maintenance. They were great as usual, Earl was our tech, he is very knowledgeable and efficient!! Thanks Earl.
