I’ll start off by saying that if this was based solely on the work that was done, I’d give them 5 stars. The car looked fantastic and like it was brand new. However, we ran into some delays - not the fault of the shop at all, but each time it got further out we didn’t get any phone calls about it. In fact, we had to call them each time for more information. More regular check-ins (especially if your car is delayed!) should be the standard and I’m disappointed at the customer service aspect in this regard. A phone call when there’s a change to the finish by date isn’t too much to ask for!

Rick’s has been such a godsend after my 2 month old brand new car was sideswiped. (Bad luck, I know.) The repairs on my vehicle were delayed due to supply chain issues with Volkswagen and I got a call as soon as my parts came in. (However, the team would have been able to get me in quickly without the parts delay.) The car looks brand freaking new after spending some time getting some love from Derrick and the Rick’s team. Rick’s is an honest company, too. After getting the car back the first time, Derrick explained that the grille came in damaged from Germany. It looked perfect to me, but it had internal damage. Unfortunately, someone backed into my truck in a parking lot and damaged my front passenger door and my front right hand fender. The insurance company recommended Rick’s and I’m glad I listed to them. The repair is flawless. I checked it up close and from far away, both during the daytime and the night time. In the sunlight and when it was overcast. I couldn’t find a single issue. It looks like it came straight out of the factory. And the customer service was exactly what you would hope for, both friendly and professional. I will recommend Rick’s to anybody who will listen for the rest of my days. Matt has fantastic customer service skills and the type of personality that I enjoy working with! He's friendly and his demeanor is excellent for this type of work! His body shop team does fantastic work. Just make sure you inspect your car for any issues after the work is done because there's a lot involved and there's always a little something. They rectified any issues I had without any complaints and even took out an additional dent for free after the fact just out of an act of kindness! As long as Matt's there you can trust them with your repair. He'll make sure it gets done right! Thank you Rick's Auto Body!

I chose Rick's because it was covered under the insurance of the person who hit me, but I will choose them again for all future collision repairs! Their customer service is exceptional, the repair work was beautiful and they even vacuumed my interior and washed my cars exterior when the work was complete! They also had a nice feature that sent me auto texts to let me know The status of my repair. 10/10 recommend!
