Rick's Citgo

My toddler messed with the side of my door for 0.5 seconds and jammed it. I didn't know how to fix it and my door wouldn't shut. I took my car to Ricks on a Saturday. I'm very grateful they were open. At first, he said they would probably have to take the door apart but the solution ended up being a super quick fix and they didn't have to take the door apart. They just had to pull on the handle and pull the latch up at the same time. I was charged $100 for 2 minutes of labor. I would understand if they took the door off, but they didn't. I am very grateful that they were able to fix up my door quickly and easily, but because we believe we were overcharged we won't be returning.

I can't say enough good things about the owner Rick. He went out of his way to help us on a Sunday evening that he wasn't even open on. He's knowledgeable, kind, and a good person. Thank you Rick for helping my daughter in law and I. God truly sent you to us.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would, that place is very poorly operated for a shop. Had to set two appts for services which never happened .Rick cancelled the first appt because of he did not get a bay open after telling me should be no problem to complete the job that afternoon.and set a second appt for the next morning.Second appt I was early only to find Rick wasn’t around again. After standing in the parking lot for an hour and fifteen min I Went back into the shop at 10:45 in the am and talked with ricks dad and he told me he would be there in a after while and he was going to get in the shower.. I got to the shop at 0930 my appt was at 0945. They could care less about their customers. Wasted two days on that shop. Never again!!!

I had a flat a kind stranger saw me trying to put a donut on he fixed it referred me to Rick's and as soon as I get there I was taken care of and drove off a happy camper lol Thank you Rick 🙏

Called and ask if he had a certain tire, and he did. Said he had 2 I could get from him. Got there and my spouse went in and ask. Guy inside said he didn’t know because Rick wasn’t there. My spouse said ok let me go out and make a call real quick. In the 2 minutes he was outside making a phone call and asking me a question, the hand inside closed and locked the door and went to lunch. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN SOMEONE SAYS HEY GIVE ME A MINUTE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. And I’m sure someone will ask what time it was: 11:47am when the hand closed up and went to lunch. We had a blowout and very much needed a tire and were very likely to buy both tires that were available. WILL NOT EVER BE TRYING TO USE THEM AGAIN!
