Riley's Beacon Tire & Muffler

Called this shop for a simple muffler delete which they told me $175… okay cool so I brought my car 30 minutes from Jacksonville after they said they’d have an open spot. When I arrived it was now a hour and half wait and $200 plus tax and I needed to leave my car and get picked up so it could get done like yeah no it’s just a simple cut, bend & weld I’m not asking for headers! Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time.

Don’t ever go here, I went to get an exhaust done and they left my truck on the lift for an hour and didn’t do ANYTHING just sat there chatting with other and when I asked about it they just shut me down and so I forcefully got my truck off, another time I going to get the exhaust and hope they don’t do it again, well my driveshaft snapped and they said they would fixed, yea ALMOST 1000$ to do a 400$ job because I’m 17yo and think he can take advantage, yea and also change my wheel bearings without me knowing and also drove my truck into a dishwasher that sits in front of his shop my $4000 paint that took me three weeks to do. Yeah no he is definitely getting sued after this. I offered to pay 600 Because it was already there while other shops were offering 400 To fix my driveshaft If he do

I called for an appointment to have a muffler installed. I was told that the shop is closed on Mondays, but since they were there today doing something else, I could bring it by and they'd try to have it done by the next day. An hour after I dropped the car off expecting the work to be completed the next day, I got a call to tell me my car was ready. They went way above and beyond expectations. The shop literally worked on the day they were closed to take care of me. That's customer service. That's being a professional. That's how it's supposed to be. I could not be happier.

Charged me 140 for a muffler weld. Was two welds and a metal pipe. Lowkey scammed me but it’s chill because I needed it done asap. Got me done in 30 mins. Weld looks decent
