They installed it the same day, and I was very impressed that they took care of it so fast .so I would highly recommend them, im actually. God, the worst experience I had just now with two guys and an American. They were reckless and disgusting, and they showed the slightest respect and didn't even want to serve me. don't go to that place

Please don’t ever take your car to this place not only does the owner has no customer service skills at all you get no updates on your car. They couldn’t find the paint color for my car so they let it sit three weeks in their paint room. My rental was only 30 days. They had my car two months the insurance Agent and I could not reach them. You literally have to go to the shop and then she is not there. They have no business.phone She uses her cell phone. I regret ever taking my car here in the beginning. I was told it would take a week and a half, which turned in two months. I understand things happen, but not to this extent. They only have a part-time painter so if you wanna wait a long time for your car, you can go with them. They don’t accommodate nothing that you pay out-of-pocket on yo

Ripped me off big…. Do not bring your vehicle here! Rincon collision one may have taken care of their costumers but his Daugther that owns Rincon Two is a thief!!!!! I paid 858.00 for after market bumper and their tech showed me it was on by one screw and two zip ties!!!! Now the owners sister is trying to help out and said she would make it right but at the end of the day they charged me another $470 to put the lights in and have the bumper attached not by zip ties. Please save your money!!! I have given them every chance to make it right and they charged me!!!! I pray for people like this. They would screw their own mother… Jessie shame on you for even taking your dads name. He ran a caring good company, do him a favor and shut your doors! Great service and great experience! Military veteran with older car that held significant sentimental value that required out of pocket repairs. Rincon Collision Center 2 diligently and efficiently found a way reasonably priced replacement part (car door) for 2004 Volvo XC90. The team completed the repair at a way reasonable price.
