Bought my 2026 Chateau today. I love Riverside RV. The guys are awsome. They are exceptional Sales guys that take there time to explain everything in detail. Luis is my sales person and he is been with the company for over 10 years. I consider him my friend. He is awsome. I love him like a son(from another mother). Happy travels to me. If you come here ask for Luis. You regret it if you don't.

Bought my camper from here Louis is amazing no pressure so this 1 star is not for him it is for there service department, dropped off on a sat Monday morning 1 hour after opening get a call my inspection is done and they had questions about a few other concerns I had. I picked up my trailer today to propane left on, concerns not addressed, water block offs missing, with the storm coming in haven't done a full inspection yet and they tried to replace components with out contacting me. Did take it off the bill but shady business. Will not be back I'll find another repair facility. Edit: after doing an inspection of trailer lights left on killing the battery black silicone smeared on my wall shower that was supposed to be sealed was not. Did talk to gm and will be having further conversation

I have had a less-than-impressive experience. I bought an RV in as-is condition. I paid the full asking price for the RV based on the ad description and what the salesman told me—that it only needed a few items addressed. After paying the asking price in full, plus dealer fees, sight unseen, I was informed days later that I had to replace the tires to pass inspection. This was pretty frustrating, considering that by law they cannot list and/or sell the RV without a valid NC inspection. We negotiated a price for the tires, and I drove three hours to pick it up. The RV was in much worse condition than expected, with issues that were not disclosed. I was told the generator just needed the carburetor cleaned, but it turns out the generator engine is locked up.
