I booked a demo to drive a Rivian R1S and it was better than I expected, from the moment I arrived at the Rivian location, and when I returned the vehicle. The staff was immensely polite, they were extremely detailed about the vehicle's functions. I've seen so many Youtube reviews telling me how great of vehicle the R1S is, but it actually was better. Youtube can only give you but so much, you have to visit the location and get this great experience. Me and my wife wanted to do this demo drive seeking a bigger size family vehicle and this 7 seater was exactly what we hoped for. The last row, I could fit my feet under the second row and had great leg room. We drove the car home to show our parents (trying to get them to convert to an EV to cut down on them having to get out at gas stations)
Had a great experience taking my Rivian here for service. I had a tire that needed to be replaced and they did a great job at replacing the tire and fixing another issue I was having with my mirror while I was there. Overall great experience and I would recommend.
Thrilled to have a Rivian service center in town. Excited to see the brand grow!
