It was reccommended I go here to get my car inspected on my way down from Maine/NH to MA. They were about to fail me due one of my ball joints was dangerous and in need of repair. Not only were they able to get me up on their lift, they got the parts in mere minutes delivered and replaced both my ball joints in a timely manner to pass me, get me back on the road safely and to my next destination. Frank walked under my car and gave it a full examination before starting the work. He was efficient and proffessional. Both he and the owners son were very kind and treated me well. Jimmy Jouraij has zero respect for women. On January 9, 2025 my Honda was inspected there, they caused $195 damage to my car which is in mint condition. Two body shops confirmed this damage occurred due to an improperly placed jack during the inspection. Jimmy was rude, deceitful and demeaning. He laughed at me and the two body shops. He said that I caused the damage by driving over icy packed snow. We hadn't even had those winter conditions! Stay away from this very shady inspection station. I went here last week for an inspection sticker and the service was quick and friendly! I was out of their within 10 mins! Thank you guys for the quick professional service! Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing an inspection sticker and don’t want to drive far!
