Shady folks here. Some time ago my wife went here to change out her back brakes because I wasn't in town and they not only didn't do what she paid for they also lied to her saying the front brakes only have very little pad left about, 25%. Back brakes still screeched loudly. I came back to town and changed out the front brakes and found brakes still had substantial amount left (only 10% was used). And back brakes weren't changed. They also misdiagnosed our AC issue and they lied about fixing our AC which broke a week later. We took our vehicle back to show them the issue that wasn't fixed and videos we had of the screetching brakes and AC. Front desk made excuses for what was going on but didnt know I changed out the brakes and we concluded we cant trust them. We spoke to the manager whi

RNS was recommended to me for auto repair services about four years ago. Now, I refuse to take my car anywhere else for service, despite living in town. They do everything, from regular maintenance to safety checks, and all the rest. I trust them and feel good about the price for their services. They're also very communicative, which I appreciate. Most recently, I had a near critical failure of my vehicle that could've resulted in a terrible accident. The mechanic brought me in to look at what was wrong and explained how lucky I was to have made it into the shop that day. Thank you RNS!!

I only wish that I would have taken my car into RNS sooner, as Tori and Ron were outstanding from front to finish doing repairs the dealer could not quickly, carefully and thoroughly!!! Suffice it to say, RNS has me as a customer for life!!! Thank you RNS!!!

I am leaving 5 star but honestly because I didnt get any work done so I really don't know. All I know is I took my vehicle with check engine light on told them the scan said P0016 problem. They said they needed to run their own diagnosis. They did came out the same problem P0016, they charged me $143 dlls then told me they don't fix that issue. And I was at a lost for words.
