There customer service and roadside tire repair was went beyond expectations and worked far past ours to get us back on the road again to fight fire. Extremely disappointed… I asked for alignment and balance. And the guys up front told me okay but needed an appointment. I came back with my husband later. He verified with them what I needed. They all agreed and we signed. waited over an hour. Got my car back. (Mind you I had to drive to California with my two babies in the morning, which I told them. ) I was driving and nothing changed. They did not balance or align like we had asked and we paid. I got to payson big O tires. Excellent service from the get go. They caught that the plies were separating. And even took me back to show me. They got me the best deal on all new tires. Helped me keep my kids happy and preoccupied. Even offered me food /drinks. Unfortunately I will not be returning to Robert’s.

Just left Roberts Tire. Staff there is Amazing! Polite, respectful and very professional! Fixed our tire for FREE and had us on our way again in about 20 minutes! Definitely recommend them for any and all tire repair and tire purchases!! Thank you so much! You made our Day!!

These guys are awesome! Always friendly and excellent service. New tires, oil changes, and tire repair. This is my number one place to go.

Brought my car in for a four tire alignment because the backs are cambered in. Right away they said there's damage and couldn't do one. Never showed me the damage and all four are so cambered in. And there is no damage. Basically stole my money for doing nothing. Go to discount, their alright.
