My car’s front left tire went flat after there was a hole torn in the tread. My car also had rim-locks leftover from the previous owner, who did not provide the master key. Allen and the crew not only threw on high performance tires for a valid and economical price, they also replaced each rim-lock bolt with a typical bolt for a very small fee. Dropped the car off in the evening and it was ready first thing the following morning. I would highly recommend taking your car here — it is an honest and straight-up shop!

If there are angels, its these guys. My tire was damaged on the freeway and I was lucky enough to get it safely to Circle K from where my tired was hit, which was the bridge over Superstition Freeway up to University and Price. After the tire was replaced with the spare donut, I attempted to find places where I could get a tire after 5:30pm. Two places were closed so I found Rob's Wheels & Tires by luck. I drove my car over to the area and talked with Rob himself and he was happy to help me out. The tire was damaged beyond repair and I was lucky that my rims were not damaged as I drove with the flat tire at a distance. Best people ever, I got a nail in my car today while on my way to work and I freaked out and found them on Apple Maps and went over. A guy there immediately started fixing it and in less than 30 minutes it was all patched up and fixed. Amazing. And very affordable and nice good people too, I will definitely go to them for car issues in the future!!

Unfortunately I can’t speak to the customer service or the work, but I can speak instead to the lack thereof. I setup an appointment to get a flat fixed and when I showed up at 9:00 AM on Sunday for my appointment, no one was there. I tried to call multiple times to see if someone was running late, but no one even picked up the phone. Hopefully their car service is better than their customer service.

Great service, fair prices and nice people at Robs Wheels and Tires Technician helped me out with a time consuming wheel stud repair on a Sunday, had great additude, got the job done right, and helped several other customers with quick tire changes as well. Would reccomend anyone in Tempe/south Scottsdale area give them a try. Service is much better than Bob Tire Corral or the used Tire shops along McDowell or Van Buren. Because of the outstanding service today, I feel confident that this is a trustworthy tire shop, and I will purchase truck and car tires here in the future.
