Rocket Carwash

Too busy giving a sales pitch to say that there’s a 7 day cancellation notice. (I gave 4🙄) They also told me I could cancel anytime and do it when I drive up but they had me come inside. Not only am I going to be charged again, the car wash sucks. Here are pictures immediately after my wash.

I just went to this car wash today to get my car washed. The guy standing at entry point(who would not say his name) kept selling all subscriptions but would not accept the fact that I needed a basic car wash and continued to pitch for the ‘membership’ or higher end washes. When I politely mentioned that I need to get a basic wash or not a car wash at all, he continued with his pitch. I finally had to reverse all the way back to and not want a car wash. I would never become a member or get a car wash again in this place again. Beware of relentless marketing when you pull in.

The customer service was great everyone had smiling faces and made me feel welcome. I got a membership and I’ll forever go to rocket, much better clean then some others in the area!
