Rocket Lube Rapid Oil Change

When checking cabin air filter, a tech put filter in upside down and caused trash to get in fan box. The manager Chris quickly addressed it and fixed the situation. People are still trying to learn and we all have time to help. Thanks Chris continue good work!!

I came in to get the oil changed in my company truck, without mentioning anything they proceeded to change all the filters which wasn’t a big deal but they changed my wiper blades that were practically brand new. When I asked why they took new wiper blades off I was told it’s ok because it was approved.

Fast service, but incorrect information was provided on my receipt, and they left oil prints from their hands all over the front end of my car and window. They said the coolant was full when it is not, and we just spent an hour and a half cleaning the car yesterday, but you can’t tell today.

Really great place, wish I could leave more stars. I so happen to actually give it a try today and I am beyond satisfied with the service and customer service. They are quick and make sure it's done right. They make things affordable with low prices and all kinds of discounts. Will be returning for my regular maintenance.
