Like someone else said, I would give zero stars if I could. Rude and unprofessional service. Since all the bay doors were closed I assumed they were all in use so I waited where I always do (far enough back so I can go up to whatever bay opens when it’s my turn since I wasn’t sure which one would open [other people were waiting there too after I went in]). The tear drop tattoo attendant berated me and told me I need to pull up to the door because apparently other people have waited a long time and called the owner after waiting so long. When I told him I wasn’t sure which one to pull up to since all the bays were closed he talked to me like I was dumb and told me “well we never use the middle bay and there is a truck in front of the other bay” ok? Visited today (3/14/2025) to use vac. Noticed most vac heads dirty and clogged with hair/foreign objects. Been an ongoing problem at this business. After I cleaned out vac head, deposited $3.00 and vac didn’t turn on. Actually deposited two extra quarters hoping vac would engage but didn’t. Chased down employee for a refund who spoke poor English but did give refund. Asked why no out of order signs posted and was told to use one of the other ones. How would anyone know if the other ones worked either. Visited this place a few months ago and deposited money for vac that had zero suction. Asked lube employee for refund and denied. Was told I would have to come back when car wash employees were there. This place should take their vacs out instead of causing aggravation for customers. Like the

They treat you like family the minute you walk through their door. Their oil change is quick. They make sure your car is safe! Thank you for your kindness!

The self service car wash only has high pressure wash available. No soap, no wax. What good is a car wash without soap or wax?? The vacuums have very little power. Unless you’re trying to vacuum up fine sand, they are useless. Don’t even try to get dog hair with the vacuums. The armorall wipe dispensers are also empty… but they’ll still take your money. In the past I’ve also gotten my oil changed here. Service was fine, people were friendly but it cost $10 more than Prompto just down the street. Avoid this place.
