I have been going to Roger’s Autocare for years. It is family owned and run by Mrs. Renee. I 100 percent trust here and her business. They do excellent work at reasonable prices. As a female and a widow I trust them totally. Recommend to everyone, especially women.

I've been dealing with Rogers for quite some time now, but for some reason 2025 the service was shabby. I've taken my vehicle there & had a front hub put on & front end work done l also had new caliber bolts installed, then l started hearing noises that l didn't hear before. I called the owner to tell her about the noise & she made the comment "l'm not surprised " & that did something to me . That was very unprofessional when they are the ones that did the work. l took my vehicle to another professional shop, they showed me where the berring wasn't pressed all the way in, the caliber bolts were loose, l could screw them out with my hand.

My truck went in for an oil leak and come to find out it was the valve cover gasket. I said okay fix it. Pay over 700$ and leave, couple days go by and I still smell burning oil in my cabin. Lift the hood up as a basic mechanic I am. They don’t double check their work let alone their shop foreman doing a final check. A long piece of tubing was left in the engine bay after they replaced it because it’s “snapped”. I can’t locate the oil leak that wasn’t fixed so I stuck dye in it myself and find that the solenoids are leaking oil from their gasket due to the valve cover sitting on top of them. Further checking this, they didn’t ensure the valve cover was seated correctly not only around the solenoid hole but the spark plug holes as well. I pull out the ignition coils to find oil in the close

I took my vehicle to Mike Reed and they wanted me to replace my whole engine(14k) for the timing chain. I went to Rogers Auto Care for a second opinion and thank goodness I did. They changed it with no hesitation or issues. Renee was so nice and kept in contact about everything they were doing. She was honest and upfront. Her and the Techs did an amazing job and my car is running smooth.

They are literally the BEST here!! Renee thank you so much for your great customer service and how you all handled the issue I was having with the AC on my SUV. You all were very professional and proficient with the job! I am forever grateful for their teamwork and the price I received was fair!!!
