Roland's Tire & Auto Repair

I’m new to the area.. a month ago I needed air in my tires and someone I met recommended me to come here. They had me pull in and checked and filled all my tires free of charge and were very polite. So that experience already made me want to come back in the future.. Fast forward to today. I went in for an oil change and needed new tires. The gentleman at the front was incredibly hospitable and tried to get me a ride back to base and was generous enough to offer to pick me up outside the base gate when my vehicle was ready. Every person we encountered that worked here was very friendly and polite. I loved the feel of southern hospitality. . Also, I usually get my oil changed at Jiffy lube and it usually runs me 110, Roland’s was significantly cheaper! For the remainder of my family’s stay

I came in without an appointment via tow truck for a flat tire. They fit me in quickly, checked my other tires and made sure my rim wasn’t damaged when my tire exploded, and got me out quickly. Prices were very fair. Not a bad place to sit and wait- the old school barbers chairs were very comfortable and there is so much to look at while you’re waiting! Super friendly service.

I came in this morning a little before 8 with my tire light on -I’ve never been to Roland’s before. I was suspicious that I had a nail in my tire with some other events that had happened earlier this week. I was told it would it just a few minutes to check but I had to get to work. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly kind and even offered to have someone drive me to work (I work within a mile or so of the shop) but I already had a coworker picking me up. When I came to pickup my car later in the morning, they showed me the screw they found in my tire. It was incredibly reasonable for them to patch my tire and they have excellent customer service. I highly recommend Roland’s!

Being that the automotive industry is making it near impossible to make a quick fix to your own vehicle, I went to Roland’s to have a headlight bulb replaced 🙄. I had called around and had several men quote me “$60-$100 but could be more once we see it”. I saw the pictures of this shops lobby and figured if I was going to spend the money, I should at least have fun stuff to look at! They got me in immediately, it took about 30 minutes and they only charged me $27! The best part, they didn’t talk to me like I’m stupid or rip me off. AND…I got to play an original arcade MS. PAC-MAN!!! Roland’s became my “go to” mechanic today!

No complaints. Great experience. Got me the exact tire I needed within a couple of hours. Everyone else had a 2-5 day wait. The shop is old-fashioned & really nice. Has that wholesome mom & pop vibe. Convince store right next door if you need snacks while you wait. I didn't wait but left my name & number. They communicated effectively.
