DO NOT GO HERE! Like many others have said this guy is rude. He makes assumptions and doesn’t run his business like you’re a customer. Told me I need to call the company, so he can get paid, which him being paid is the least of my worries. I paid for a service, that you provided plain and simple. I just need my car to work. Not asking for anything unusual. Sir, you are in my prayers. I think your response of “I’m not LifeSafer,” sums up how you conduct business. My only intention is to let others “in my situation “ as you put it to know how my experience with you was. At the end of the day, you provide a service. Update!! So I made an appointment with another service provider. They didn’t ask any questions, and replaced the unit. The unit I received from Rolling Customs had to have been

I would never go here again. He didn't greet me when I came in. I didn't feel welcomed and felt uncomfortable. I felt racist vibes. Very rude individual. He didn't even ask me what time is good for my next calibration date assuming that I don't work. I don't know if buddy was having a bad day or what but that shouldn't be an excuse. All im saying is greet your customers and tighten up. For interlock calibration I would prefer ontop audio in new Braunfels. They will make you feel welcomed there

Tony did most of the leg work to have my device removed. He was very quick, pleasant, and professional. I would recommend anyone that is looking for great customer service in the Auto service business (hard to find) to Rolling Customs.

If I could put zero stars I would. Terrible service. Rude, unprofessional, beware. Waited over an hour even tho I had an appointment. Then got yelled at. On another appointment day, I called to reschedule then got hit with a “missed appointment” charge even tho I called ahead in advance to schedule a new appointment. Worst service ever.

Nice and clean. My go to for my interlock device. Hoping to get my brakes done next week.
