Excellent customer service and communication! Keith and Erin were great to work with and the updates were also great! My repairs were delayed significantly but adjustments were made by the staff to make the headache of having a rental car for so long more adaptable.

A few weeks ago, I was rear-ended and my insurance company directed me to Rotary Collision Centers—and I’m so grateful they did. From start to finish, the service I received was absolutely top-notch. Keith Tilton, in particular, was incredible to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way, made the entire process seamless, and showed genuine care for getting me back on the road safely. It’s rare to find that level of professionalism and kindness all in one place. When I picked up my SUV, I was blown away. It looked better than new—immaculate, perfectly restored, and clearly handled with pride. I can’t speak highly enough about Rotary Collision Centers or Keith. If you ever find yourself needing collision repair, this is the team you want on your side.

I just had an excellent experience with Rotary Collision in Hyannis. Keith was super helpful, responsive and professional. He always answered calls and emails super fast and helped me while I had some difficulty I was having with the insurance company. I had two repairs and both look great and were done in a very timely manner. For the repair I paid out of pocket, he was able to find me a used part to help save me money. Everyone else I spoke to, like Taylor in the office, was great. I highly recommend this place, I’m very pleased with my experience! Will be recommending

Great service, great people. Have been taking my Honda here after purchasing from Hyannis Honda and being up charged for dealership maintenance prices. Staff member Taylor helped me when my car needed work and was originally quoted hundreds from the dealership. Rotary is fantastic with their customer service and I have always gotten my car back in a timely manner, even when getting last minute or emergent work done. They also do not tack on “extras” or pressure you to get more services than what you ask for. Would recommend.

I brought my car in to fix damage from an accident. They got me in for an appointment quickly, everyone was super friendly and helpful. They set me up with a rental car. My car was done within a week and looks amazing!! I could not be more appreciative for the work done on my car, along with how clean everything was when I picked it up. It looked as though my car cleaned as well which is amazing!!Thank you!!
