Roth RV

We just purchased a new Rockwood 5th wheel and everything has gone very smooth so far! Randy has answered all of my 5000 questions and wasn't pushy! Nic in finance was awesome to work with to complete all the paperwork and willow the black lab even had a great time running the sales floor for awhile! Can't wait till the weather is better to bring it to our campsite!

Rodger at Roth RV has been a joy to work with on the purchase of our new Lance 2185. Nothing was too much trouble as he did the walk through with us. He went over everything so carefully with us that we felt very comfortable heading out on our maiden voyage in the new trailer. A big shout out also to the techs Scot and Randy for speedy attention to small issues that needed addressed. All in all a heartening experience. We’re thrilled with the camper and with the service we experienced at Roth RV in Grand Rapids.

While on the road we broke a cupboard door on our rv. We found Roth RV, called ahead and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule on short notice as we were driving across Minnesota. Fantastic customer service would absolutely recommend to friend or family.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of buying a destination trailer from Grand Rapids Roth RV, and I do mean pleasure! There was no pressure sales, yet thorough from beginning to end. Mike and his team were excellent with the delivery process! It was a tight spot, but no problem for them. They met all our needs in a difficult set up, worked hard in cleanup, and made sure things were working….all with a smile! Thank you Mike, Scott, and boys!!! Also, loved the cookies and mugs….thank you!!

Update: Down to 2 stars 7/26/24 DISHONESTY AND MISCOMMUNICATION! After dropping off my camper 2 weeks ago, I drove back there yesterday for my final pickup (I had been waiting on some parts to arrive and get installed). The communication issues were still a problem. When I dropped it off 2 weeks ago, I told them I needed it back by July 26 at 8am at the latest. I was assured that wouldn't be a problem. After a week went by, I hadn't heard from them so I called Rodger. No answer. I called Austin. He took the day off. I called the next day and left a message with Rodger. No call back. I called Austin. No answer. I texted Austin, then he got back to on Wednesday. Checked with Rodger. "It will be ready to rock" early Friday morning. I drive up early Friday morning. I'm there at 8am (opening).
