I brought my car to RRR in Fairhaven, MA for a simple oil change, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The day after the service, my engine oil pressure warning light came on, my car started stuttering, and my driveway was covered in oil. When I called RRR, they admitted the problem was due to a defective O-ring they installed. To their credit, they picked up the car, cleaned the driveway, and assured me the issue was resolved. I just had my car inspected. The serive lady technician was very kind and professional. She took my car straight away and started to inspect it. She also had some nice cars for sale in her lot. I would recommend this place for service and I forward the car for sale to my niece who is searching for a car

Helped us out in a pinch when we were traveling with a new car -bought elsewhere- and noticed we’d been driving around without an inspection sticker. Took us quickly, no appointment, and got it done. Had a nice chat with the older gentleman who owns? Started? The family business. Good experience.

So far I only purchased one pre-owned car from here, it was a '14 Chevy malibu and I would definitely car shop here again. The business is family owned and I can say with confidence that they are the nicest and most honest and fair dealers to work with. She only gets the best pre-owned vehicles.
