I’m writing this review out of disappointment with my experience at RSW. I contacted RSW after receiving brand-new Michelin tires from Tire Rack to have them mounted, balanced, and to get a wheel alignment. I was told they do not provide pricing over the phone and in order to discuss pricing, It would have to be in person. I was also told that my tires would need to be inspected before even receiving a quote, which I found unusual. I was also informed there would be no warranty since the tires were purchased from a third party. When I arrived for my appointment, I waited several minutes before being acknowledged. I clearly stated that I only wanted a quote and did not want a courtesy inspection. Despite this, photos were taken of my car, and I waited over 30 minutes before a technician t

I recently brought my car to RSW European Auto Repair for an alignment and lower control arm replacement, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Tristan, the service advisor, was outstanding. He took the time to walk me through the estimate, explained the details clearly, and even went the extra mile to research which control arm setup would work best for my suspension. His communication was excellent throughout the process — knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

Went (drop off) for scheduled A1 service for my C300 Mercedez today, Friday at 10:30a. Came back around 2p and one of their guys told me that they don’t think they can service my car and it has to be left, pick up on Monday, but they also think it can happen. I just have to agree with the text they sent me. I looked at the text and showed all the services (check filter, check tire pressure, check wiper blades, etc) for $480. I said that Mercedez dealership is $100 less than what they charge so I rather take my car back and take it to the dealership. The guy said I can pay the dealership price for their service instead- I said no! I’d rather go to the dealership. He said that there is a miscommunication over the phone. I had an Audi I was looking at purchasing brought here for a pre purchase inspection. The inspection Derek performed was extremely thorough and well documented. It was also easy to coordinate and fairly priced. I was able to make a well informed decision and overall am very happy with RSWs service.
