Outstanding service!! Been bringing our rv here for 5 years. Never go on a trip before Rick says its ready to go. Even thousands of miles from home we can call them for advice if needed. Highly recommend!!

We were broke down in our motor home along the interstate, we were towed there. These guys are top notch, no kidding! They went the extra mile to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Resourceful, experienced, very personable. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Went in inquiring about purchasing an RV. The woman at the front desk was so rude and unprofessional. Tried looking at an RV and ask general questions and she was completely dismissive and rude. Didn’t want to help us at all and acted as if we were bothering her. She told us to Google the questions we had about the RV they’re selling! Sorry we bothered you and you had to do your job that day. Will purchase my RV from elsewhere.

It was a friendly experience. I haven’t had much experience, in fact, this is my first. I only had my roof checked for leaks, had them check the seal around the drivers window, and ensure my LCI self-leveling system recal’d. So far, so good. Time will be my judge. Hopefully, better scores will come.

My wife and I ended up here after driving an hour to another place to find out they changed hours of operation without updating the website. Ruffs was on our way home so we decided we had nothing to lose by stopping in. We recently purchased an old camper we are remodeling and needed a door plus a few random parts. Taylor helped us and he was awesome. One of the employees gave my son a piece of candy and we were featured multiple times. Since we did not have our camper with us, we did not get a door but did end up finding some random parts I needed. Taylor was patient and explained parts of our camper to us and what to look for if i bought a door elsewhere. We will definitely come back for any other random parts and now, if we need any repairs!
