10/2/25 Purchased a used vehicle. My experience was pleasant from start to finish! 12/20/25 Had service work done for the 1st time. Was a lengthy wait but worthwhile.

About one hour before I received your text, I decided to check my oil. The oil only marks about halfway up the dipstick and I will have to add probably around 2 quarts of oil. Furthermore, there are three areas under my hood where there is oil that needs to be wiped up. Very disappointed!

What a great experience. Everybody was super friendly. Very forward with pricing. Lots of options. I was in and out in about two hours. And had a very good feeling about the whole experience and especially the car. Hunter was my salesman. He was a very professional light., No pressure. And went above and beyond to make my experience excellent. I could not be happier.

One star. Continually got the run around from sales managers about problems with the truck I bought. I had to call several times to follow up on repairs that were agreed upon a time of purchase but never scheduled with the service department. I also spent several weeks going calling between the Milwaukee and West Bend locations for a second key for my truck and I've gotten nothing but run around and "I'll call you back" with no return call. They also swindled my out of an $800 charge on my contract that I denied at time of sale, but they clamed they could no longer remove it from the contract because it was already signed. I do not recommend doing business here.

Tiffany Breuer is an excellent service member who has a great personality and goes above and beyond for her customers. RussDarrow has been excellent since I have been working with them.
