Awesome Experience working with the entire staff at Russ Darrow! Joe C did an excellent job with showing me into a great deal. Called ahead and he had the truck pulled out front ready for a test drive. Was very professional and helped with everything including running numbers for my trade in, worked great on finding a good price range for a loan. All in all, will be back to buy my next truck from them!

We came to Russ Darrow in West Bend because we saw a car on line that was for sale at your business. Joe was our sales rep. Nice kid, but a little inexperienced. He did well. We decided to buy the car. The financial part went OK. Then we had to wait for the car to be detailed. And by "wait" I mean 2 hours. We were offered a ride home to Fond du Lac and they would bring the car when it was finished. But we had an appointment at 2:30, so that didn't work out. Now, about the detailing: the windows were streaky, as were the data center screen and the glass panels over the speedometer. The car didn't smell any better than when we test drove it. The window washer fluid was empty, and Joe had to put air in the tires. The window visor on the passenger side is broken. We walked in the door at 10

Thank you Brandon, Justin and Tony. You were very responsive to my questions and you took care of the things that were important to me. The culture of your organization has a no pressure vibe. And everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed our conversations. When the employees say it's great working here the Managers are great to work for.
