Russell Speeder's Car Wash

We been here twice so far and each time we went we had a wonderful experience, we bought the unlimited pass I believe that's what it's called. We were trying to see if the vacuum was free we didn't see any signs stating anything and we ended up going to the purple elephant on that, if you're reading this can you please let us know if the vacuums are free and can you provide free spray's window wash, all purpose cleaner and fragrance like the purple elephant has. If you do that then we won't have to make 2 trips and you will have customers for life, thanks.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for some time now and the staff is exceptional! They’re always friendly and offering assistance. I’m always greeted and end up using the help offered. Pat is an absolute asset to the Torrington team, with his friendly demeanor and kindness, he always goes out of the way to make my son smile, whether it just be saying hello or drawing a quick cartoon on the window I wish more people in this world had the work ethic and kindness that Pat brings to the Torrington environment. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sal at Russell Speeders is the best. My floor mats were so clean I could’ve eaten off them. Friendly crew, quick wash, and they’ve got everything you might need. Air fresheners, dog biscuits, lollipops, leather polish, window cleaner… all of it. Yeah, it’s a little tight sometimes, but that just means they’re busy and it’s easy to see why. We will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience with Sal here at Russell Speeders he walked me through how to obtain an unlimited pass and cleaned my mats expeditiously and they were shining! They look like brand new mats! Thanks so much Sal I will certainly be back! The Torrington location is the best!!!

Very disappointing experience. I clearly asked for the most basic and affordable plan when I signed up, but I later discovered I was being charged $50 per month for the most expensive plan, which I never authorized. I have only used the service twice, so these charges feel completely unfair. This situation could have been avoided with proper transparency and communication. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with a car wash service. I would not recommend it based on my experience.
