I’m extremely disappointed with the service during our most recent visit. My main request was to have the driver’s front tire replaced, along with a balance and alignment on all four tires. I spoke to Ms. Sara at the front desk by phone, and she told my husband my van would be pulled in next. However, after checking in at 7:43 AM, I watched other vehicles — some of which arrived later — get pulled in ahead of mine. I didn’t leave until 11:21AM. After nearly four hours, we were told that the only thing completed was the tire replacement. That’s completely unacceptable for what should have been a fairly routine service. Most efficient staff with attention to detail during placement of 4 new tires and alignment. While performing this task, the technician noted an issue with my break lights due to a damaged tiny silicone disc. The issue was repaired expeditiously. I'm very satisfied with the service provided. Great staff, fair pricing, clean and tidy establishment. Marissa in particular, was very accommodating.

Today I woke up at 5am to a 16 penny nail in my tire and flat to the ground. Thought I would take it to Mavis where I originally bought my tires. Was told to be there at 2pm...By 2:50 I was still sitting watching a the guy's listening to their rap music and walk around with empty bays. The gentleman Tony was very inconsiderate and seemed quite bothered to help. I immediately called Rutland!!! Spoke to a very sweet lady named Sarah. She told me to come on in. I pulled in and within a few minutes they were already pulling my tire off. Not just done the inside wall patch like Mavis, but instead done a plug and patch mounted and balanced all for $35.50. Not only faster, very friendly service, nice clean environment but cheaper!!! I will for now on take all my tire needs to Rutland!! Speak to

I do not recommend this shop. I called for a quote on new tires and an alignment and was given a price of $350 while at the brand new tires I bought from Walmart. I was at the shop dropping my car off. $200.00 to remove old tires dispose of them and install the brand new ones I provided. After having my car for a day, they called to say they "made a mistake" and demanded $100 more. saying because it was a BMW it just costs more. I agreed to $400 to get my car back. They were trying to upsell me that the BMW 550 requires a special operation that's different than other cars or trucks after clearly quoting me $350.00. Great shop. My husbands engine messed up. They diagnosed it and worked with our warranty company to get it replaced. Very efficient mechanics. Now they do all our vehicles regular maintenance and tires. Highly recommend!!
