We bought our trailer through RV Max back in September of 2025 used and in excellent condition with the help of Kyle. We had an absolutely amazing experience and camped our butts off for the next 6 months! There was no pressure at purchase and the even accommodated getting it ready for us in time for our Labor Day trip. They told us to call them whenever we need help with anything. 6 months later our slide started to act up, we immediately called them they got us in right away to get it taken care of and even fixed it for half the cost being that we bought it recently. They were patient and held it for quite a few weeks for us as we were out of town multiple weekends in a row and live far and can’t pickup during the week. We recently purchased a 2022 strarcraft trailer at RV MAX. The sales team was great to work with and were very fair on the pricing! We did end up finding some issues with the trailer when we went on our first trip that were going to be expensive to fix. We reached out to the owner Mike and he was amazing took responsibility with zero issues, and paid to fix everything that was wrong.
