Ryder Truck Rental

I had a great experience renting with Ryder. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the rental process was very fast. I also appreciated that the vehicle could be returned even on non-business days — that’s extremely convenient. The truck was in good working condition, and everything operated the way it should. There was a little bit of leftover trash inside, but it didn’t affect my overall impression. Ryder does a great job, and I would definitely rent from them again.

Highly recommended. Sam at Ryder truck really saved my bacon if you weeks ago. I had rented a liftgate through another company....bad idea. After several angry phone calls the other company admitted they didn’t even have one for me, despite being told several times they did. So I had to find a liftgate on very short notice and was able to do so at Ryder truck. Sam was very helpful and got me set up with what I needed.

Ordered a filing cabinet from Home Depot. They enlisted Ryder for the delivery. Ryder never called me to schedule a delivery, I had to call Home Depot to find out where my item was. Finally, weeks after purchase, Ryder shows up to deliver the filing cabinet. They rush the item into the garage, refuse to remove and carry away the packaging, and run back to the truck to take off. The box was open, and upon looking inside, the filing cabinet was damaged (so badly I couldn’t even open one of the drawers). I called Ryder to try and have the delivery team come back, and they told me they KNEW it was damaged and had notified Home Depot, but hadn’t told me when they delivered a pile of garbage to my house.
