S & S Towing & Heavy Transport

Last month we were visiting NC from Martinsburg WV (approx. 6 hr drive) to attend a funeral. On day two of our visit, I was in a minor car accident that ended up totaling my vehicle. No one was hurt. S&S Towing got there quickly and took my vehicle to their tow yard. We were able to arrange going there to get all belongings out of my vehicle before leaving town. Once the decision was made to total my vehicle, I requested that they mail my plates to save us another trip to NC. Needless to say, they helped make this situation a little less stressful. I highly recommend them for any services that they provide. They were extremely professional, compassionate and accommodating. Thank you again for your kindness in our time of need. Towed my scooter today pulled the strap across my soft leather seats and put 3 wholes in my seat. His response was he gets called to do a job things happen I just paid over 1100 dollars less than 48 hours for that scooter. I'm going to see if he sta ds up in that courtroom and say it again. I will be filling paperwork against s&s towing Monday morning

S & S Towing is awesome. You always hear bad things about towing companies but S & S is top-notch. The night of my accident they were extremely helpful, accommodating, and informative. Since then, I have spoken with them twice and they have been outstanding! I really can't say enough great things about them. All wrecker companies should take a page out of their playbook.

S&S took the job as soon as AAA called them. AAA waited 6 hours to call them but S&S was stellar and was there within 30 minutes as soon as they were given the job. This was a 100 mile tow and the driver was superb! Being broken down 2 hours from home sucks, but their driver picked up the Durango and let me know he was on his way to the repair shop in Lexington. He called me again once there to let me know where he dropped the vehicle and keys. This was at 12am on a Saturday night! I would use them anytime I am in that area!!!!!
