Worst experience ever with window installation. I had both of my rear windows broken out due to vandalism and took my car in for repairs. I was originally quoted $336, and they specifically told me I could use my $50 coupon at checkout. When I went to pay, they suddenly raised the price to $425 and refused to honor the coupon. They also claimed they had cleaned out all the broken glass, but that was completely untrue — there was still glass all over the interior. Overall, the service was dishonest, unprofessional, and frustrating from start to finish. I do not recommend this place at all. Horrible customer service.

Very pleased with my experience. They did exactly what they said they would and got the work done quickly and professionally. The big thing for me was they did all the work with my insurance company. I did not have to deal with it.

What a great experience for an unfortunate situation. Literally just bought my truck, hahaha, didn’t even see the chip. The heatwave last week hit—BAM! Giant crack up my windshield. I’ve known about Safelite for as long as I can remember. My father was a mechanic growing up and told me if I ever had issues with windows, call Safelite. And 30-some-odd years later, I needed to use the service. I can’t speak much on cost versus shops, but I can say that the cost was cheaper than the OEM windshield from Mopar and it was installed professionally. There’s a lot of things you can DIY, but personally I don’t have enough experience to trust messing with a windshield—even with the right tools. The team was wonderful in helping us get the replacement done! Mindy at the office who scheduled the replacement was upbeat, friendly, and made a great impression on me for customer service! The technician contacted us with his schedule and when he would be there, and hit it on the money!!!! He did the replacement efficiently and without any disruption to our day! Overall we strongly will recommend Safelite to all we know!

Had to have my rear window replaced due to leak. Tech determined factory defect and communicated to me before going forward with replacement. I was able to verify that the dealership would not cover replacement. Tech did great work for very reasonable price compared to others. He even made adjustments to prevent future failures. Very friendly staff and quick service. Very happy just like last time with my wife’s cars windshield replacement.
