Safelite AutoGlass

Due to not being able to talk to a human and question the shop about getting my semi inside when I made the appointment. When I arrived , they were not able to get my semi inside. You wasted my time and cost me money by being inconsiderate to your customers. I will never use safelite in the future and I will not recommend you to anyone!. The best thing about the appointment was, the techs were very friendly and steered me in the right direction to get my windshield replaced from one of your competitors. Safe Lite sucks!

Zero stats if I could. Didn't get any communication about my appointment today and no one ever showed up. Called the number but could only get an AI rep who stated at 3pm that my appointment was still scheduled and there were no issues. I have to leave for a 4.5 hrs trip in tbe morning with my rear passenger window crash wrapped amd not replaced. Absolutely unprofessional. And from reading other reviews, this is a pattern. Safelite, I don't need an "I'm sorry this isn't the way we strive to do business" nonsense. Your company clearly doesn't care and judging by how often this happens, has no plan to rectify the issues. I'm glad I didn't pay $500 upfront like your emails kept pushing me to do. Horrible company.

Made an appointment, and the day of my appointment it snowed! With no garage, I thought about cancelling my appointment, But thankfully, my technician moved my appointment indoors to the shop. They picked up and dropped off my vehicle for me. So thankful!!

Wow! Safelite in Cheyenne did a great job for me when my windshield got hit with a big rock. I made the appointment on line and was able to choose a time that was convenient for me. When I dropped my car off the employee there was polite and told me when to expect a call from them. My car was done earlier than I expected. They explained about leaving the tape on the outside of windshield and not to take it through a car wash for a couple days. All my safety stuff and Eyesight work perfectly. Great job, Safelite! I will recommend you!
