The best experience I have ever had at a car repair shop. This was the first time I stepped foot in this establishment. They set the standard that ALL other businesses should aspire to be. I highly recommend Salem Boys auto and they are now my go to for everything I need done to my vehicles.

I had to leave a review because my experience was THAT amazing. I had gotten a super confusing diagnosis during an oil change at one of the "big name" oil change shops. I came here to have the problem looked at, all the while convinced I was about to be looking at a long list of services. not only did they debunk the "issue", they also did a thorough review of my car and turned off a light the big name place left on. I 100% see why they've been open since '79, I plan to come back for any services my car needs and will recommend this shop to anyone! Thank you!

I love it here!! I trust them to do a thorough job and really get down to the issue. My car had some mystery problems with the AC and it took us some trial and error to figure it out but they were determined!! Chad is unbelievably kind and his manners are immaculate. I’m pretty sure they’re family owned and you can tell :) They even mailed me a hand written thank you note!! Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone to just ‘take care of it’ and do it right!!

Well, the Salem Boys went above and beyond on this one! They came over with their forklift and towed us into their bay for the diagnostic. Then solved the problem. Everybody was kind, professional, and oh so helpful!

Won’t take my car anywhere else but Salem Boys Auto! After being quoted at another shop saying I needed thousands of dollars in repairs, Alan took one look and explained that everything was perfectly fine and no repairs were needed. As a female who is an easy target in the auto industry I felt so reassured and relieved. Alan was honest, kind, and thorough. The lobby was comfortable (and really cool), free water + soda (I could’ve stayed all day!), and had free WiFi too so I was able to get some work done. I am so happy to have found a mechanic in town. Can’t wait to send more business their way!
