We were not satisfied with the end result of the experience we had with the company, and Jay. We were interested in a truck, physically went to see the truck, inspected the truck and found 1 fault with the city horn being inoperable. That’s okay, Jay said he would get it fixed. We even had the deposit in hand ready to give. Jay told us we could either give the deposit now or when they fix the city horn. He said give us 2-3 days to fix the horn. We gave them 2 days and followed up. They sold the truck to someone else with the horn being inoperable. We were pissed! Simple communication could have fixed all of this.
