Well great job on kosher wash, BUT the folks inside the office are horrible people. Rude woman inside. I’d hate to deal with her all day. Call in on me to my company and lied about everything just horrible people skills. Hope she has a better day.

Unheard of customer service these days, Savannah Kleen always gets me in for a tanker wash in a timely manner. Today was no exception, however today I came in with a back that was really hurting, I called ahead and talk to I think her name was Nikki? I asked a favor if they could unhook my trailer for me to save me from having to get out of my truck with my back hurt, she said "no problem just call when you get here and I'll come out and unhook you", this is what you call putting the customer first and I really really appreciated her help

Excellent customer service. In a world of unfortunately bad service. Savannah Kleen is a business that exceeds expectations each and every time I drop our company’s trailers for service. They are always professional and fast. Consistently taking care of business. I’ve gone to all types of businesses from McDonald’s to the Ritz and haven’t always got good customer services for whatever reason. But I had to take time out my busy day to sincerely thank this business for the kindness and just doing their job so very well. You are appreciated and it cannot go unnoticed. Thanks

Their customer service here is superb. I'm honestly impressed every time I come here, and it's one of my top favorite five places to go when we need to get the trailer cleaned. I'm seriously thankful for the fact they usually get us in, and out as well. They help make the job so much easier.
