We were taking our Fifth Wheel Grand Design Reflection 303 rls out our driveway, not realizing that it was not fully locked in the hitch. As my husband began the turn, it slipped out and landed in the back of the truck. After 2 to 2 half hours of trying to get the truck straightened out, I called Sapp’s Wrecker. I admit I was in a panic by this time. I spoke to several people and finally got to Tucker. He responded he would see us in five minutes. He did and got to work. My husband was elated and with Tucker’s help, we were hooked up and ready to head out the following morning. Thank you Tucker and Sapp’s Wrecker.

My wheel flew off my car when I turned into a gas station. My destination was the dealership I was going to buy failed to make it there. I was less than a mile from it and they gave me a discount from the normal price. The whole hookup and drop off was less than 30mins with a 20 minute response time

I do apologize I don't know what the gentleman's name was that helped us today,but he was very professional and it took him no time to get us to the dealership. The payment process was so quick and easy... I'm waiting for him ✋️ he called and said have yuo received a text?....I was ok the next thing I know he was gone! 😆 🤣 😂 I keep trying to catch up with this new technology but it just keep beatening me up.

We were traveling north bound on I-95 near Brunswick and our RV Bus was hit by lightning. It took out all the systems on the RV and our towed Jeep. We called several wrecker services and had a couple come out and refuse the job. Our air system was blown, in gear and no power. One service even charged us to show up. I called Georgia Highway Patrol and their service driver wouldn’t take it either. It took me 2 days and help from the State of Georgia to find Shelly with Sapp’s. I told him our dilemma. He said, “I’ve been doing this for 29 years, and I’ve never been on a call that I didn’t get the job done!” We drove back up from FL and met him.
