I hate to even have to do this because the workers were being nice & helpful with this situation but today I came to get my car washed and left with the biggest most disgusting scratch FROM THIS CAR WASH!!!! I understand the sign says they’re not “responsible” for this but come on this is insane! I’m hoping for the owner to give me a call or email. BE CAREFUL AT THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!! Update… owner didn’t contact me until about 4 days later stating they were NOT going to fix my scratch. Didn’t even get a “I’m sorry” do not come here…
Never been to the Rincon / Port Wentworth location but this will definitely be where I come from now on. I had help from a gentleman named George and he was phenomenal! Super sweet, super helpful, just overall a great experience! Keep up the good work guys and you’ll do amazing!
Great experience everytime I come here. Price is always very reasonable. Great customer service. Also, great vacuum cleaning station for the interior. Don’t know a lot of places that have those.
