Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Wish I could give it zero stars. I had an appointment to get my new tires installed. Sat for an hour and 15 minutes before they told me they couldn’t get to my car that day. Had an appointment for the next day at 8 AM, I waited for over 45 minutes and no one showed up. Talk to someone from the store who said I could come back at 2 PM. They do not respect your time, and don’t care about their customers. You can’t call the club tire center directly, they redirect you to a central call station that is outsourced and you can’t understand half the people. I will never be going back for tires. It’s questionable if I will ever go back to the club.

Just called today Monday at 6:48 pm and whom ever answered was very short rude and didn’t care one bit about what was promised to me in the way of service Gerald is amazing but this fella wasn’t vet kind when i mentioned my situation and he ended up having up on me when i said i was displeased Appt they will hold an ordered tire for 30 days knowing full well that i was to fly to AZ to tend to my mother in AZ care center for long term care. I have to go and now i’m being told that they refuse to do this service with my family members only myself in person. Today i received infusion treatments and a bentley cocktail so im unable to drive today what so ever i’m on hold now as they are closing for the night and refuse to answer my calls 0 out of 5 stars to the idiot who took my call this eveni
