Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Don't waste your time or money with the jerks here! They will give you free lifetime tire rotation when you buy tires but when they break something they tell you they don't do that kind of work to fix it! Broke my wheel stud and said oh sorry you have to fix it, we don't do that. Dude YOU BREAK IT YOU FIX IT! This is the only shop that has ever touched my wheels and rotated my tires so THEY over tightened it last time, so this time it broke and they won't fix it! Horrible customer service. We work in the mechanic industry and when a shop breaks something THEY fix it. If you can't fix it then you call and pay someone to do it! Useless unhelpful manager who doesn't care about customers. He actually even tried to blame me because we hadn't brought the car in to get the tires rotated in a year

Ordered a specific tire through the call center, who I found out is a 3rd party out of the US, contracted through Sam’s Club. Got the tires put on the car only to find out the more expensive option of the same brand was ordered without me being contacted. The service technician and everyone in the tire center were very professional in the midst of a frustrating experience, but ultimately out $134 and time out of my busy day. Be careful ordering tires through the call center— it’s not Sam’s club, so order in the store itself!

I arrived right when they opened at 10am to get my tires rotated, and was told they had a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait because only two people were working. More employees would show up at noon, I was told. I came back that afternoon and was told there would be a 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait, but I could leave it there and they would get it done. That would have been great, if I had driven two cars there, but I only have one car. I asked if I could make an appointment, the next available appointment was for Thursday at 3pm. Last year I only rotated my tires once, paying out of pocket because Sam's Club was only doing emergency tire repair, every time I called. I don't think I should have to pay for tire rotations because Sam's Club can't staff enough people to accommodate their customers needs. Totally ri

I was told 1 hour upon arrival, so I decided I would just wait in store. 3 hours later and still no call. I walked up to the front desk that was left unattended for 10 minutes before someone from management finally came to get someone and I was told another hour because they only have 2 workers. All of this could have been avoided by telling me a correct time from the beginning knowing only 2 workers were in for the day. Terrible service all around.

So I don’t post ratings much but these guys deserve it! It was early on a Monday which was in part the reason it was so fast but they are extremely helpful and efficient. They were more worried about finding me the best deal than making a ton of money on tires I didn’t need which is refreshing. All four tires were installed fast AND he put the spare back where it’s supposed to be (sounds like no big deal but you’d be surprised how lazy some people can be). Fast and friendly - something that our world could desperately use these days. If I could give them more stars I would! You guys rock!!!
