Sam's Club Tire & Battery

We took both of our cars to the Bloomington, MN Sam's Club. Both cars needed tire rotation and balance, and one needed a new battery. We dealt with Jesse who was easy to work with. He was clear about the amount of time it would take to complete the procedures and made sure he followed the timeline. We appreciated that he didn't push services on us that we didn't need. He was friendly and professional. We will definitely take our vehicles to him for future services.

I called ahead to see if they had my battery in stock and if they could install it. Had the day off work and really wanted it today. Brought it in as a walk in since they were full of appointments and they said it would take around two hours so I was fully prepared to wait. Not more than 35 mins later I got a call that it's all done. Super efficient! And not to mention they had the best price value around after checking many places- and with a name brand battery, Duracell. Elijah and team were all a pleasure to work with. We had a long conversation about cars and batteries among other topics and he was super informative. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.

My tire needed to be changed, so I ordered one with the man working the tire counter. I left the car with them overnight so they could put it on first thing when the tire arrived the next day. They said it came in at 11am today and they JUST NOW have finished. What a nightmare. I had to hang around Sam's for almost 4 hours for them to replace ONE tire when the car was already here? Should have been one of the first ones in for service. Avoid this place at all costs unless hanging around a Sam's for 4 hours sounds fun to you.

I showed up right when the tire center opened with a flat, and the workers were friendly. They let me know they had to honor appointments first, but would fit me in, and I was on my way in less than two hours! Use those member benefits, y'all!

They broke my tpms sensor and said that it is missing. Toyota did an inspection and showed there is a broken tpms senor in the tire. Not happy with the service at all! Spent around $900 for these tires! I rather spend more at dealer place for best service.
